Harlequin Duck & other birds on the Bruce

On my second try, I finally found the male Harlequin Duck at the Lion's Head marina. Although the views were distant, it is always cool to see one and maybe next time I will get a good photo or two. On the way there and back I also saw two Snowy Owls along highway 6. Although they also were too distant to photograph, I found another one at my place, today. The snow was really blowing but I decided to try getting a photo anyway and fortunately my camera and lens survived. That makes Snowy Owl No.5 for my yard and a few days earlier Snowy No.4 stopped by for the evening. After getting good views, it appeared to be one of the same ones that's been returning here for years according to locals. Other bird highlights was my first Golden Eagle of the fall(and most likely my last), a couple of Hoary Redpolls, a flock of 12 Bohemian Waxwings, a few Pine Grosbeaks, and a lone Bufflehead that flew over(weird!).

Here are a few photos...
